Dihonski ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Edirilibap mobile application ("App"). Edirilibap provides services that allow users to request tricycle rides and submit requests for items or purchases from markets.

By using Edirilibap, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Suspending an account is different from deleting an account.

You may also request permanent deletion of your Edirilibap account and associated personal information.

Please include enough information for us to identify your Edirilibap account.

Where account deletion functionality is available within the App, you may also initiate deletion through the account or settings section of Edirilibap.

Upon receiving a valid account deletion request, we will delete the personal information associated with your account, subject to information that we are legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.

Google Play requires apps that support account creation to provide users with an account deletion mechanism both within the app and through an external web resource. Edirilibap will provide an appropriate external account-deletion request mechanism.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide Edirilibap services;
• Maintain necessary business and transaction records;
• Resolve disputes;
• Prevent fraud and abuse;
• Maintain security;
• Comply with legal or regulatory obligations; or

When personal information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

Edirilibap is initially intended to operate in Tagkawayan, Quezon, Philippines.

We intend to handle personal information in accordance with applicable Philippine privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations, as applicable.

The Data Privacy Act establishes principles and requirements concerning the collection, processing, storage, disclosure, protection, and disposal of personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Edirilibap, our services, applicable laws, or our privacy practices.

When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App or other appropriate means.
